Experiencing a home through all the senses begins with the materials – from the flooring to the smallest fitting.
At KAI, high-quality oak parquet is laid in a ship-deck pattern, in keeping with both the architecture and the maritime setting. Short or long boards, matt lacquered or oiled – the choice is yours. Herringbone installation is also available with the short-board option. Each variation unfolds its character particularly well within the light-filled interiors of the KAI apartments.
The same clarity of design continues in the bathrooms. Tiles by the Italian brands Graniti Fiandre and Mirage are used internationally in high-end hotels, museums, spas and private residences. Whether subtly marbled or mineral in tone, each collection reflects a considered balance of function and design.
Fittings are carefully integrated: elegantly shaped fixtures by Grohe, along with refined washbasins, level-access showers and sanitaryware by Laufen, create a sense of comfort in every detail.
